KPI Gamification: site vs site EPOS data ‘match play’ to inspire laughs & like-for-like sales

On 14 May, we launched our new KPI Gamification module. KPI Games are a fun, social and powerful way to inspire frontline colleagues to actually care about your commercial objectives.

So how do KPI Games work?

Based on your EPOS data (which provides our ‘scoreboard’), Yapster creates site vs. site ‘match play’ sales games within group yaps. These yaps catalyse social interaction and friendly competition between sites, driving like-for-like sales on gamified items by +7% in test cases so far.
