Welcoming Jenna to Yapster
When we feel a certain pang of excitement it can only mean one thing - a new addition to the Yapster family.
We couldn’t be happier that Jenna Gonzales has joined us as Head of Customer Success to look after our rapidly growing family of Yapster customers.
Jenna brings a wealth of retail and project management know-how (she's PRINCE2 certified) from her career at SuperDry. During her time there she helped deliver a vast range of projects spanning internal communications, customer service, and IT (to name a few!).
A little-known fact about Jenna is that she is a very accomplished violinist, achieving Grade 8 at school. According to Google, that means that she can (theoretically) play pieces like this:
